Terms of Reference
- To identify priority areas for research support,
- To determine types of research support e.g. research projects by faculty members, Ph.D. fellowships, short visits to leading institutions in India or abroad,
- To prescribe guidelines for research support,
- To evolve procedures for evaluation of research proposals and monitoring progress,
- To recommend norms for publication of reports/books, and
- To award research grants.
