 National and International Policy Issues

Six projects look at issues related to national and international policy issues. One project deals with trade and environmental links, conflicts and prospects in the context of economic reforms in India. Another project analyzes the subsidies & environment - with special emphasis on agricultural subsidies, and a third project looks at climate change issues from a developing country perspective. Three more projects deal with issues related to delineation of corporate green accounting procedures in medium sized industries, deriving an environmentally corrected GDP for India by valuation and accounting for industrial pollution, and impact of pollution control schemes on outputs & prices
